Открываем: DATA\Missions\npcships.ini

[NPCShipArch]
nickname = fc_c_co_elite2_d19 ---------- никнейм патруля и его уровень "крутости"
loadout = fc_c_co_elite2_loadout01 ---------лодаут патруля, DATA\SHIPS loadouts.ini
level = d19 ---------------------------уровень патруля (19-максимальный в игре, если надо больше надо прописать новые уровни)
ship_archetype = co_elite2 --------------никнейм кораблика на котором летают НПЦ
pilot = pilot_corsair_ace ---------------стиль полетов пилота
state_graph = FIGHTER -------------------тип патруля (истребители)
npc_class = unlawful, class_fighter, d19 -----незаконные НПЦ, класс истребители, уровень 19.

итак, пропишем по данному типу свои патрули с уровнем от 1 до 19 ( я разделил уровни так: 1-6, 7-13, 14-19) это означает что в одном патруле могут быть пилоты только совмещенных уровней, т.е. мы не встретим пилота уровня 5 и уровня 19 в одной связке)

2) создаем лодауты для патрулей (т.е. чем будут вооружены наши НПЦ ) для этого нам нужен файлик DATA\SHIPS\loadouts.ini
